General conditions of sale from 01/11/21

Manufacturer of artisanal scented fondants with 100% vegetable wax (GMO and pesticide free).

All of our fondants are handcrafted . They are therefore not "perfect", nor free from small visual defects.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE

1.1 * The prices are shown in euros all taxes included and shipping costs NOT included.

1.2 * Fée Maison reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

2.1 * The customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing the order.

2.2 * The order preparation time is 24 to 72 hours.

2.3 * When registering data in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data that he provides. Any subsequent modification must be mentioned as quickly as possible by email to: info@fee-maison.be

2.4 * If it happens that an item ordered is missing in stock (inventory error), we will contact you as soon as possible; either for you to choose another item in the store, or for us to credit you with a voucher.

2.5 * The products are carefully packaged and protected by us. In the event of breakage, or defective order, it is IMPERATIVE to contact our after-sales service (after-sales service) and provide us with the proofs IMMEDIATELY , without having used the product in question!

2.6 * During periods of large crowds, sales, promotions, the manufacturing time may be longer than normal given the number of orders. This may slightly extend the time it takes to prepare the order.

2.7 * Orders are not prepared let alone shipped until funds are received.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY

BPOST shipments are made on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Mondial Relay shipments are made on Monday and Thursday.

3.1. * Fée Maison strives to ensure delivery as soon as possible and undertakes to inform the customer of any delay in delivery.

3.2 * The products are delivered to the address indicated when placing the order. Any error concerning the communicated delivery address will be the responsibility of the buyer, who will assume all the consequences. Thus, Fée Maison cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery to an incorrect address. In this specific case, no refund will be made . The customer will be asked to bear the cost of reshipping the package if it is returned to us.

3.3 * If the customer does not pick up his parcel from the carrier within the timeframe provided by the latter, and the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer will be asked to bear the costs of reshipping the parcel. In any case, we do not reimburse because work has been provided upstream for the preparation and shipping of this package.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY TIMES

4.1 * Mondial Relay: Delivery must be made within 2 to 7 (working) days after the packages have been collected by the carrier (unless there is a delay in their share, in which case we are not responsible). When placing your order, you will have to choose the Mondial Relay point where you want to be able to collect your package. Once your package has been dispatched, you will be able to follow its delivery using the tracking number that Fée Maison will send you by email.You will also be notified by email, as soon as your package is available at the relay point you have chosen. The merchant will keep your package available for 10 days. You can collect your package on presentation of your identity card.

ATTENTION : Mondial Relay is a very reliable delivery service, however, as in any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or that the package gets lost. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 10 working days, the customer must inform our after-sales service which will forward the information to Mondial Relay to trigger the opening of an investigation. This investigation can last up to 21 days from its opening. If during this period, the package is found, it will be immediately forwarded to the relay chosen by the customer (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the package is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Mondial Relay considers the package as lost. In this case, if the content is lost, broken or stolen, we will send you the settlement if they make a refund. Otherwise, we are not responsible and we will not refund for them. You have 10 days to report a breakage to our after-sales service, if this period is exceeded, we will not be able to process your request.

4.2. * Bpost : Delivery by post must be made within 2 to 3 working days after the packages have been collected by the carrier.

ATTENTION : Bpost is a very reliable delivery service, however, as in any shipment, there may be a delay delivery or that the package gets lost. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 working days, the customer must inform our after-sales service which will forward the information to Bpost to trigger the opening of an investigation. This investigation can last up to 21 days from its opening. If during this period, the package is found, it will be immediately forwarded to the customer's home (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the parcel is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Bpost considers the parcel as lost. In this case, if the content is lost, broken or stolen, we will send you the settlement if they make a refund. Otherwise, we are not responsible and we will not refund for them. You have 10 days to report a breakage to our after-sales service, if this period is exceeded, we will not be able to process your request.

The delivery time can however be longer during sales, flash sales and big time of the year.

ARTICLE 5 - PROMO / SALES CODE

5.1 * Two promo codes cannot be used at the same time.

5.2 * Promo codes are not valid on products already on sale or in promotion.

5.3 * If you are assigned a promo code, please note that it is for single use and valid 1 month . Ditto if it's a voucher offered during a contest.

ARTICLE 6 - After-sales service / RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 * For any information or question, customer service is available to the customer either via the "assistance" button, or by email to the address info@fee-maison.be

6.2 * FOR INFORMATION: If a member of the Fée Maison team forgets a product in your order or other, it is imperative to contact us either via the "assistance" button, or by email at info @ fee- maison.be and we will remedy the problem as soon as possible.In case of out of stock, we will contact you to either replace the missing product with another from the store, or to give you a credit note valid for a next order

6.3 * If you don't like an item or something you have received, we can exchange or give you a voucher on the shop BUT, the error is not from Fée Maison , the return shipping costs will be at your expense. The customer must return the product no later than 14 days after having communicated his decision to withdraw. Returned products must IMPERATIVELY be unopened, complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Otherwise, no refund or voucher will be issued.

Products whose return is not authorized:

* Gift cards
* Certain health and personal care products

* Promotional products

6.4 * For personalized orders, no refund , nor voucher will be made! The product being personalized, we cannot resell it, it will generate a big loss for Fée Maison.

6.5 * If your order arrives defective, you must send us the proof immediately via our after-sales service (info@fee-maison.be) and not have used the product in question. Know that Fairy House will do what is necessary to find a solution.

Upon receipt of this return, and on condition that the items are returned in the original packaging and in PERFECT CONDITION, we undertake to reimburse you (either to bank account or by voucher) in a maximum period of 20 days.
