Home deliveries or relay point
Orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment.
Fée Maison works with several carriers and offers different means of delivery. You are free to select the carrier of your choice according to its availability when you place your order.
All packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment with the carrier of your choice. A number and a tracking link will be communicated to you after the package has been shipped. They will allow you to follow the progress of your package.
Home delivery
Home deliveries are possible in the following country: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Spain.
Packages are delivered against signature only. As delivery people generally spend the day between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., it is essential to indicate a delivery address at which a trusted person can receive the package during this time slot. This delivery address may be different from the billing address, so do not hesitate to have it delivered to your workplace or to a neighbor present during the day. This is the best way to receive your package quickly. At any time, thanks to the number that Fee maison will have communicated to you by email, you will be able to track your package.
If you cannot receive your package during the first delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox. You can pick it up the next day at the Bpost office mentioned on the calling card. If the package is not collected within the time period mentioned on the notice, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you by email.
The delivery amount varies depending on the total amount of your order.

Delivery to a relay point
Relay point deliveries are possible in the following country: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Spain.
Your package is delivered to a relay point or post point of your choice. The relay point is a local business (dry cleaning, florist, press, gas station, ...) with long opening hours. The post office you choose has extensive business hours as well. When placing your order, you will have to choose the relay point where you want to be able to collect your package.
Once your package has been shipped, you will be able to follow its delivery using the tracking number that Fee maison will send you by email. You will also be notified by email as soon as your package is available at the relay point. The merchant will keep it at your disposal for 10 days.
You can collect your package on presentation of your identity card and confirm receipt with an electronic signature.

Pick up at point of sale (AVAILABLE ONLY IN BELGIUM)
If you wish, you can come and collect your package yourself at our point of sale in Berloz. This will avoid shipping costs.
When ordering, choose "Boutique withdrawal". You will receive an SMS or an email from our customer service to confirm that you can pick up your package at our point of sale at the address below.
